Ordering Process

Placing an Order

  • How to Place an Order: Browse our awesome product range, add your picks to the cart, and hit the checkout button. Just follow the steps, and you'll be all set.
  • Payment Methods Accepted: We're pretty flexible here. You can pay with credit/debit cards, PayPal, or even a bank transfer.
  • Order Confirmation: Once you've made your purchase, you'll get an email from us confirming all the details. Keep it handy for your records.

Order Status

  • How to Check Order Status: Curious about your order? Log into your account and head over to the 'My Orders' section to see what's happening.
  • Order Modifications: Need to tweak something? No worries, just give us a shout within 24 hours of placing the order.

Special Orders

  • Custom-Made or Custom-Cut Products: Some of our products are custom-made or custom-cut just for you. Please note that these special orders cannot be returned.

Cancellation Policy

  • Changed Your Mind?: You can cancel your order within 24 hours, as long as it hasn't already left the building. However, custom-made or custom-cut products are an exception and cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

Stock Information

Availability

  • In-Stock Items: If it says 'In Stock,' you're good to go. It's ready to be shipped.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If something's out of stock, don't worry. We try our best to keep on top of things, but hey, we're only human.
  • Pre-Order Items: We get excited about new gear and like to show products as soon as manufacturers let us. Just keep in mind that delivery dates can sometimes slip. If they do, we're here to chat, chase up, and sort things out.

Stock Locations

  • Where's My Stuff?: Some of our stock is right here with us, some is at our warehouse facility, and some items get shipped directly from the manufacturer. We choose the most efficient route for each order. It's not just quicker; it's also better for the environment when stuff isn't bouncing around in multiple vans.

Stock Alerts

  • How to Sign Up for Stock Alerts: Spotted something you like but it's out of stock? Hit the 'Notify Me' button on the product page, and we'll ping you an email when it's back.
  • Personalised Stock Checks: If you're keen on an item and it's not available, we're always happy to check and chase up availability with our suppliers for you.
  • Stock Update Frequency: We update our stock levels every day to keep things fresh.

Delivery Information

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery: Most orders get to you within 3-5 working days. Simple as that.
  • Tracked Delivery: Want to keep an eye on your order? Choose our tracked delivery option when you check out.
  • International Delivery: Ordering from outside the UK? Give us a ring or drop us an email, and we'll sort out the best shipping options for you.

Delivery Partners

  • Variety of Shipping Companies: We work with a range of shipping companies to get your gear to you. If you have a preferred service, feel free to discuss it with us before your order ships out.

Delivery Costs

  • UK Mainland: Free delivery for orders over £100. For the rest, standard shipping rates apply.
  • Outside UK: Shipping costs vary, but we'll let you know the details before you confirm your order.
  • Additional Charges: Heads up! Customs or import duties might apply when your parcel reaches its destination country.

Receiving Your Order

Signature Requirements

  • Sign on the Dotted Line: Most of our deliveries need a signature. So, make sure someone's there to sign for it.

Alternative Addresses

  • New Customers: For security reasons and because there's no insurance on card payments for orders not sent to the cardholder's address, we generally don't ship to alternative addresses for new customers. However, if this is an issue, give us a call. We're open to discussing options and may be able to arrange something.

Missed Deliveries

  • Oops, Missed It?: If you're not around, the courier will leave a note. You can then arrange for redelivery or pick it up from a local depot.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Change of Heart?: You've got 30 days to return an item, starting the day after it arrives. Just make sure it's in its original condition.

Special Order Returns

  • Custom Stuff: Remember, custom-made or custom-cut products are special orders and can't be returned. So, choose wisely!
